Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route each request to the source that maintains the information:
- A hearing event: use the court calendar, then confirm any uncertain or changed setting with the clerk.
- A Register of Action: locate the case through case search and submit the official Record/Document Request Form.
- A filed paper or certified copy: ask the Clerk of Court for the named order, judgment, ticket, or other document.
- A District or County Court file: contact the Archuleta Combined Courts clerk at the Justice Center.
- A town-code or municipal traffic case: contact Pagosa Springs Municipal Court rather than the state-court clerk.
